Appearance Fees and Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in having Team TC/TK appear at your event! The following is our appearance rates for different events as of April 1, 2022.

Corporate or Business Events

$200/hour

Wedding

$175/hour

Birthday/Graduation Party

$75/30 minutes

UNI Department Events

$75/hour

Non-Profit Organization Events

$100/hour

K-12 School Appearances

$100/hour

UNI Registered Student Organization Events

$50/hour

Community Festivals/Parades

$100/hour

For any event where both mascots are requested to appear, there will be an additional $25 flat fee charged. Additionally, for events outside of Black Hawk County, mileage fees will be assessed at the current federal mileage rate.
